If the feedback is positive the guest is automatically redirected to submit their review to sites such as TripAdvisor®, Facebook®, Google®, Yelp® etc..

However, if the feedback is negative, the customers' comment will be forwarded to the manager or owner for them to deal with it and resolve the complaint in private. Higher review scores on OTA sites allow hotels to charge more while maintaining occupancy rates.

A study found that increases in a hotel’s user review scores on OTA channels can positively influence the relationship between price increases and demand. Higher review scores increase conversion rates, even when prices increase. Typically, as a hotel’s price per room increases its occupancy rates tend to go down. However, if a property can increase its review score by one point (on a five-point scale) on OTA channels, it could increase its prices by about 11.2% and still maintain the same occupancy rates. The positive effect of an increased user review score can offset the negative occupancy impact that’s normally attributed to higher prices.

Setup Charge: EZ to Reach® is easy to setup and we walk you through the process. However, we understand that our clients are busy running their hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, bars, cafe`s and may wish to outsource the setup process to us for a one time $99 fee.

Fully Managed Service: We can manage the entire review process for your hotel or restaurant. The package includes full setup, customer data import from your PMS, daily sending of feedback and review requests, social media sharing, publishing of reviews to your own website and monitoring of your online reputation for $149/mo. The only time you will need to be involved is to respond to any negative review.
